If there are any delays due to our failure to provide title services in a timely fashion, we will credit/abate the customer for title expenses up to $200 at closing.


2. CLOSE YOUR TRANSACTIONS ANYWHERE AND ANYTIME!

If requested, we will conduct a closing anywhere, anytime; night or weekend, given sufficient notice.


3. SELLER'S DOCUMENTS PREPARED FOR FREE!

If a seller is paying the buyer's title insurance premium, in order to help alleviate the financial burden, we will discount the sellers settlement fee.


4. LIVE PHONE SUPPORT AT ALL TIMES!

Our caring professional and eager to please staff will always answer the phones during regular business hours. We will never put our customers through the endless loop of an auto-attendant.
